Serving Sellers. Blessing Buyers. Renewing Neighborhoods.

How Capstone Started

Capstone Property Collective started when we noticed a gap — right here in Nelson, Augusta, and Albemarle County. Local homeowners were falling through the cracks. Behind on payments with no options. Sitting on a property they couldn't sell the traditional way. Dealing with situations that most agents and bankers just aren't equipped to handle.

We knew we could help fill that gap by bringing creative solutions to people who had been told there were none. So that's what we built — a company that specializes in turning problems into offers.

We love problems. The messier, the better. When someone tells us their property is the one nobody else can figure out — that's when we get most excited. Because that's what we live for, and that's why we exist.

Meet the People Behind Capstone

Damian

Damian

I moved to the Shenandoah Valley eight years ago — and it only took one visit to know this was home. After traveling the country for two years, the first time I set foot in this valley, I knew. The mountains, the people, the food, the pace of life — this is where I wanted to raise my family.

I've been a business owner for over two decades, and if there's one thread that runs through everything I do, it's this: I'm deeply passionate about building beautiful things. Going into messy situations and forgotten places and making something beautiful out of them — I believe that's what I'm made for. When I can do that while serving people, creating jobs, and building something I can show my daughters and be proud of at the end of the day — well, that's a feeling worth getting out of bed for. Every single day.

Adam

Adam grew up in Louisiana and first ventured to Nelson County in 2003 — where he met his wife, a Nelson County native. He knew he could set roots in Central Virginia, and in 2012, that's exactly what he did. He and his wife are raising their two children here, and he loves the outdoor lifestyle the rivers and mountains of Central Virginia provide — a quality of life that's hard to beat.

Adam is a lifelong learner at heart and a passionate business owner. As a licensed agent, he's built his career around one thing: creating opportunities with people's number one asset — their real estate. The joy he gets from helping people unlock the value in their property, especially when the path forward isn't obvious, is what drives him to keep learning, keep growing, and keep solving problems. Because at the end of the day, that's what this business is — the business of problem solving.

"They are like a man building a house, who dug down deep and laid the foundation on rock. When a flood came, the torrent struck that house but could not shake it, because it was well built."
— Luke 6:48
