Capstone Property Collective is the consumer-facing brand of Luke 6:48 LLC, a Virginia limited liability company ("we," "us," "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information from visitors to this website, sellers and buyers we work with, and users of our internal Bedrock time-tracking application.
Information We Collect
From website visitors and sellers: name, phone number, email address, property address, and any details you choose to share through our contact form, by phone, or in person. We do not collect this information passively — it is provided directly by you.
From Bedrock application users (employees and contractors of Luke 6:48 LLC): name, mobile phone number, hashed PIN, employment classification (W-2 hourly, salaried, or 1099 independent contractor), pay rate (admin-set), and time entries logged through the application. Mobile phone numbers are used solely for application login confirmation and scheduled time-tracking reminders.
How We Use Your Information
- Sellers and buyers: to respond to inquiries, evaluate properties, present offers, coordinate closings, and follow up on transactions.
- Bedrock users: to authenticate logins, record hours worked, send scheduled time-tracking reminders, calculate payroll, and maintain records required by federal and state labor law.
- All users: to comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and protect the rights and safety of our users and our company.
SMS / Text Message Communications
When you provide your mobile phone number to Capstone Property Collective or are onboarded as an employee or contractor into our Bedrock time-tracking application, you may receive SMS text messages from us at the number you provided.
- Message frequency: varies. Bedrock application users typically receive 3–4 messages per week related to time-tracking reminders. Sellers and buyers receive messages only as needed for an active conversation.
- Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier rates for text messages apply based on your mobile plan.
- Reply HELP at any time to receive help and contact information.
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out of all future text messages from us.
- SMS opt-in data is never shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
How We Share Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We share information only with:
- Service providers we use to operate our business (e.g., Twilio for SMS delivery, Supabase for application data storage, our payroll processor for issuing paychecks). These providers are contractually limited to using the information only to provide services to us.
- Government agencies when required by law (e.g., IRS for tax filings, the U.S. Department of Labor for record requests under the Fair Labor Standards Act).
- Legal counsel and auditors as part of normal business operations.
We do not share SMS opt-in data, mobile phone numbers, or text-message content with third parties for marketing purposes under any circumstances.
How We Protect Your Information
We use commercially reasonable physical, technical, and administrative safeguards. Application data is encrypted at rest and in transit. PINs are stored only as one-way cryptographic hashes. Access to administrative functions in the Bedrock application is logged with actor, action, and timestamp.
How Long We Keep Your Information
We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law. Bedrock time-tracking and payroll records are retained for at least the periods required by the Fair Labor Standards Act (29 CFR Part 516) and applicable Virginia state law.
Your Choices
- Opt out of SMS: reply STOP to any text message from us.
- Request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us using the information below. Note that some records (such as payroll records) must be retained for legally required periods even after a deletion request.
Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be communicated to active Bedrock users via the application or by SMS to the number on file.
