Why we're different

We're not remodelers.

Buying, selling and renovating houses is our business. Our money buys the materials, and most of the year our calendar is full of our own projects.

A remodeling company's profit comes from the job. Ours comes from selling the house, so we're the ones who pay for a job that drags. That makes us efficient in a way a remodeler never has to be.

Justin, our GC, runs every one of our jobs and he works for nobody else. The team on your house is the same one we use on ours.

We take on a limited number of client projects each year.

Our calendar is full of our own projects. That's why you've probably never seen our sign in a yard that isn't ours.

But each year we take on a limited number of homeowners and build for them exactly the way we build for ourselves. Same standards, same finish.

What We Do

We renovate entire houses, so we can do just about anything.

These are our specialties.

One thing we don't do is small repair work. We aren't a handyman service. Everyone in this business says no job is too big or too small, and plenty of jobs are too small for us. That isn't a brag, it's how we're built: one GC, one full team, and a limited number of client projects each year.
