Our Work

See what we actually do.

Real homes, before and after. Same standards on every one, start to finish. This is what a Capstone renovation looks like.

Out back, the same story. New Hardie plank, a deep navy finish, and a modern glass door in the same warm wood as the front.

Work With Us

Got a project for us?

We don't usually work on other people's homes. Buying, renovating and selling houses is the business, and most of the year our calendar is full of our own projects.

That's also why we move fast. A remodeling company's profit comes from the job. Ours comes from selling the house, so we're the ones who pay for a job that drags. That makes us efficient in a way a remodeler never has to be. Justin, our GC, runs every one of our jobs and he works for nobody else.

A few times a year we come out of a season ahead of schedule and open the calendar to a small number of homeowners. That's where we are right now. Kitchens, baths, additions, basements, siding and roofing. We're not a handyman service and we don't take small repair work, but if you've got a real project, send it our way.

"They are like a man building a house, who dug down deep and laid the foundation on rock. When a flood came, the torrent struck that house but could not shake it, because it was well built."
